However, for some reason, my system shows that "chmod: IF_LAW_Python_25.sh: No such file or directory" even though the file exists and its location is "/Applications/IBM/SPSS/Statistics/25/IF_LAW_Python_25.sh" as Terminal shows itself. The lservrc file contains the actual license code or codes that were generated from the authorization code and wizard. $ /Applications/IBM/SPSS/Statistics/25 (location of file) Locate and Control Click lservrc and choose Rename, and rename it to 'lservrcold'. After all manipulations I had to play with terminal by entering some commands as : Open the folder where SPSS is installed: Open up the IBM SPSS Statistics 27 folder. Make sure the Start SPSS Statistics Desktop 26 License Authorization Wizard. I have spent two hours trying to run it but I am stuck.Īmong the most useful links was IBM's fix file for SPSS 25 on Mac's (link below) which I tried to follow to make the "Wizard" do some magic for allowing me to enter the license code.
